All other countries not already mentioned in the other categories belong in this zone. (e.g. China, Japan, South Korea) Service "Fast" • Letter: "Eil International", Track & Trace (some countries) • Packet: "Premium" • Parcel: "Premium", Track & Trace (most countries) Letters are faster than packets and parcels! Export to countries outside Europe All export shipping (any country outside European Community e.g. China, Japan, South Korea) is done in boxes lower than 2 kg weight and delivered "Eil International", a service faster than normal airmail but very much cheaper than "Express International". Only with this way of shipping we take full responsibility for the order all the way. If you don't receive a box for whatever reason you don't have to pay for that (part of) order. And you pay after receiving the order. Customers requesting a different way of sending (for example a large order into one heavy parcel) need to prepay the order and responsibility is on customers side. If you don't receive that box it is still you to pay for. The reason for above is that in many countries entry of plants is illegal or restricted. Maxi-letters (up to 2 kg) rarely get inspected but heavy packets will. |
