All other countries not already mentioned in the other categories belong in this zone. Export to countries outside of Europe All export shipping (any country outside Europe e.g. China, Japan) is done in boxes up to 2 kg weight. Since 15 January 2012 a phytosanitary certificate (€ 80.70) is required for South Korea. With this paper we can send parcels up to 20 kg. Only with this way of shipping we take full responsibility for the order all the way. If you don't receive a box for whatever reason you don't have to pay for that (part of) order. And you pay after receiving the order. Customers who request a different way of sending (for example a large order into one heavy parcel) need to prepay the order and responsibility is on customers side. If you don't receive that box it is still you to pay for. The reason for above is that in many countries entry of plants is illegal or restricted. Maxi-letters (box up to 2 kg) rarely get inspected but heavy packets will. Plants and seeds weight See frequently asked questions for examples. |
